Our speaker will be LTC Randal Jones, US Army (ret.). Randy graduated from West Virginia University with a B.A. in Russian and earned an M.A. in Russian Area Studies from Georgetown University.

He retired from the Army after 24 years of service. A Special Forces and
Russian Area Officer, he served in a myriad of intelligence and operational assignments around the world including Liaison Officer to the Commander of Soviet Forces East Germany; Defense Intelligence Agency; On-Site Inspection Agency; 4th Psychological Operations Group; 5th Special Forces Group; and multiple Infantry assignments. He  retired from Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) in 2012 after supporting many government customers, including the Joint Staff, Joint IED Defeat Organization, Defense Threat Reduction Agency, and the Coalition Provisional Authority (Iraq) where he and his team received SAIC’s highest honor for leading the 2003 U.S. post-invasion recruitment of the Iraqi Army. He is currently a partner in Praxxs LLC and EVI Holdings LLC. He is also the author of Pendulum,
